She moved to Frederick, MD in January of 2018 with her husband and son. Health and fitness have always been her passion. Amy began dancing at the age of two. The discipline and structure of a dancer’s life instill self-motivation and determination. Amy has carried this throughout her career and lifestyle. She has a passion for organizing and participating in charity events, including the Boys and Girls Club, "Everybody Rides Everybody Runs" event, the Susan G Komen "Walk for a Cure," March of Dimes events and many other races for a cause.
Amy has said many times over “Helping people live a healthy, active lifestyle makes me smile. There are so many distractions and so much destruction in the world; seeing people outside walking, running, biking, or doing anything that allows you to enjoy nature, the beauty of the world, and be active and healthy in the process is an amazing thing."
Amy has been teaching in the Frederick, MD area since January 2018. She currently teaches 3 different formats at CycleFit. She also has affordable individual personal training. Please visit the schedule page for full class descriptions.
